Summary:
Currently looking for Business Analyst to work in a consulting environment, dealing with various software development projects. You will be a well-rounded individual with maturity, vision, and a depth of experience that allows for grasping issues quickly and making educated, critical judgements in the absence of complete information.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan Business Analysis Activities
  • Conduct Elicitation Activity, i.e. lead workshops, conduct interviews etc.
  • Planning and estimating business analysis tasks for new projects
  • Documenting Elicitation results, i.e. authoring BRDs, SRSs, presentations etc.
    • Define business need, Solution scope, conduct functional decomposition and organize requirements, manage requirement traceability, translate into technical requirements, etc.
    • Includes defining functional, non-functional, transition, integration, reporting, and workflow requirements, etc.
  • Conducting requirements walkthrough and securing sign offs
  • Prototyping and working with technical teams to create proof of concepts
  • Required Business Analysis Techniques:
    • Writing User Stories
    • Using tools such as Visio for data and process modelling, use case diagrams
    • Conduction decision, business rules, risk, and interface analysis

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst role
  • Experience in End-to-end software development projects
  • Exposed to different software development methodologies, i.e. Waterfall (SDLC), Agile, etc.
  • Is capable of writing or validating test cases and support SIT, SFT, and UAT testing
  • Background in computer science, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge in SQL and relational data modelling
  • Experience working on BI/Reporting, ETL and integration (ESB)/SOA projects
  • Development background in languages such as .Net, Java, etc.
  • Other techniques i.e. estimation, Sequence diagrams, State diagrams, class and object diagrams, etc.
  • Knowledge transfer and training documentation and execution
  • Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools is an asset (e.g., Axure, UXPin)

Preferred Certifications:

  • CCBA/CBAP certification, or equivalent, an asset

Summary:
Currently looking for a Senior Data Architect. The Architect will be responsible for driving the overall design and determining the ETL architecture necessary for the BI team to develop and implement large complex projects

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical and data leadership to the application development group
  • Work with the team to design the whole dataflow process
  • Work as the data pipeline architect
  • Orchestrating data extraction and loading
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the ETL environment, quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Skills:

  • ETL Lead/Architect 12+ years of dedicated experience in ETL
  • Very strong foundation of ETL; should have working experience of at least one of the ETL tools
  • Very strong experience in SQL and advanced SQL
  • Should have working knowledge on AWS environments, Data Lake etc.
  • Must be proficient in ETL processes and database loading and manipulation
  • Must have proficiency in work-flow process development for managing load dependencies and automation
  • Must be able to investigate and resolve ETL processes issues
  • Experience in Process design or architecture would be a plus

Summary:
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer takes full ownership of the Infrastructure and Change Management. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise. The IT Manager and team ensure environment availability and provide 24/7 infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Team in technical meetings with other departments and with external clients of the Company
  • Prepares project cost estimates related to server/network infrastructure
  • Building server environments in RHEL 6.x/7.x and Window Servers (2016 or 2019)
  • Strong experience in Linux administration
  • Leading new hardware and OS Installations and upgrades
  • Leading application installations, configurations, and administration
  • Updating and creating documentation of environment
  • Implementing, monitoring, and alerting of systems
  • Performing problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of Windows/Linux Server
  • Troubleshooting Windows/Linux server’s performance and issues

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in systems administration and implementation experience in Windows, Linux and VMware in a medium to large enterprise environments, Incident Management and Release Management
  • Good working knowledge of vulnerability scanning, server/application hardening, IIS, SSL configuration, IBM Software (WebSphere, InfoSphere MDM, Integration Bus), MS SQL Server 2012/2016
  • Experience with migrating physical servers to VMware environment
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting VMware infrastructure
  • Experience with HP, CISCO, IBM X series servers – firmware & driver upgrades, monitor and perform hardware analysis to proactively identify hardware failure and resolve it.
  • Good knowledge of server technologies including solid understanding of server’s performance tuning, server build best practices, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Must be able to prioritize and work on infrastructure support and project implementations

Summary:
Currently looking for a Technical Project Manager. You will be responsible to ensure Project Management is adhered to and liaise with the Client, Local and Offshore teams.

Responsibilities:
