Responsibilities – IIS/Application support:

  • Experience supporting IIS 6, 7,8 and 10 web servers and deploying Net web, classic and PHP applications
  • Experience in configuring Reverse proxy and familiar with creating URL rewrite rules in IIS
  • Experience in generating CSR and Configuring/deploying SSL certificates in IIS.

Summary:
We’re currently looking for a Solutions Architect. You are a well-rounded individual with maturity, vision, and a depth of experience that allows for grasping issues quickly and making educated, critical judgments in the absence of complete information.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical architectural designs, solutions, reviews for major business application and technology initiatives focusing on high-volume, highly complex online systems (e.g. J2EE, Web Services, Websphere, Internet Protocols, and Security standards). This includes all aspects of the solution (from a systems perspective) involved in the delivery of highly complex initiatives with complex integration needs across multiple technologies to business clients. Activities will include defining development specifications, technical requirements, system performance objectives, and identifying system modifications to meet objectives.
  • With respect to environmental analysis and oversight, from a project to project basis, you are expected to perform reviews on the processing environment to ensure that the solutions deployed are scalable and will fulfill the business requirements. This includes processing capacity application security, system/database capacity, and performance. This also includes monitoring, analyzing, and managing Performance and Capacity of the system on daily basis. Presents analytic result and upgrades plan to Director, Enterprise Architect, and other Information Technology & Solutions (IT&S) Solutions Architects on all systems supported.
  • Manages system availability and disaster recovery plan.
  • Develops roadmaps and strategies for applications based on enterprise infrastructure blueprint. Liaise with Senior Solutions Architects as well as the IT&S Enterprise Architecture Office strategy and direction on architecture and application design.
  • Presents work for review in structured walkthrough presentations of application systems to/with project team members and users during various stages of the development process.
  • Provides consultation on all infrastructure-related items while participating in all phases of the project development lifecycle.
  • Conducts design review and code walkthrough; mentors and coaches other team members on technical best practices.
  • Assists in the analysis of system test strategies, and the execution of the tests (including unit, QA, and non-functional).
  • Investigates, analyzes, and resolves system problems during standard working hours and assigned on-call hours.

Required skills:

  • 6 to 8 years’ experience as a Solutions Architect
  • Must possess expert knowledge of web-based information technology principles, J2EE framework, database integration, system integration, methodologies, and standards/metrics.

  • Understanding of and experience in the Telco domain; understand network platform VPN technology, network elements, DSL, and managed services.

Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director, the incumbent of this position is a technical specialist who contributes to the conception, development, and implementation and support of several management tools in the delivery of Sryas Managed Services (MS) for environments such as network, security, VoIP, or servers.

The incumbent will join a development team and will have to understand all requirements related to the management environment used for all the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes the needs for tools management for the corporation and its customers, evaluates them, and propose solutions; participates in the management tools conception
  • Responsible for the development and participates in the implementation
  • Participates in the elaboration of test and implementation strategies to ensure the integration and stability of the management tools
  • Participates in the planning and the coordination of activities in project deliveries
  • Creates documentation to illustrate the application architecture
  • Creates documentation for the integration team who will support the application at level 1
  • Provides level 2 support for the applications the incumbent is responsible for
  • Ensures the integrity, coherence, and optimal performance of the management tools solutions and takes charge of complex problems
  • Understands and follows the operational processes, procedures, and work instructions available to ensure cohesive operational activities
  • In line with area of expertise, he/she participates and represents the team in request for proposals, new customer’s diligent reviews, committees, and others.

Required skills:

  • University Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent, or equivalent experience
  • Eight (8) years of pertinent experience in Java development or leading teams
  • Expertise with object-oriented programming and the related design patterns and their applications
  • Expertise in Java and the following frameworks / technologies: apache-camel, jboss-drools, spring-framework, REST, SOAP, XML, json
  • Good knowledge of Windows-based development environment using Eclipse, Maven, Git

Summary:
We’re currently looking for Technical Business Analyst to work in a consulting environment, dealing with various software development projects. You are a well-rounded individual with maturity, vision, and a depth of experience that allows for grasping issues quickly and making educated, critical judgements in the absence of complete information.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans Business Analysis Activities
  • Conducts Elicitation Activity, i.e. lead workshops, conduct interviews etc.
  • Plans and estimates business analysis tasks for new projects
  • Documents Elicitation results, i.e. authoring BRDs, SRSs, presentations etc.
    • Defines business need, solution scope; conducts functional decomposition and organize requirements; manages requirement traceability; translates into technical requirements, etc.
    • Includes defining functional, non-functional, transition, integration, reporting, and workflow requirements, etc.
  • Conducts requirements walkthrough and securing sign offs
  • Prototyping and works with technical teams to create proof of concepts
  • Required Business Analysis Techniques:
    • Writing User Stories
    • Using tools such as Visio for data and process modelling, use case diagrams
    • Conduction decision, business rules, risk, and interface analysis

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
  • Experience in end-to-end software development projects
  • Exposed to different software development methodologies, i.e. Waterfall (SDLC), Agile, etc.
  • Capable of writing or validating test cases and supporting SIT, SFT, and UAT testing
  • Background in computer science or related field
  • Excellent knowledge in SQL and relational data modelling
  • Experience working on BI/Reporting, ETL, and integration (ESB)/SOA projects
  • Development background in languages such as .Net, Java, etc.
  • Expertise with object-oriented programming and the related design patterns and their applications
  • Expertise in Java and the following frameworks / technologies: apache-camel, jboss-drools, spring-framework, REST, SOAP, XML, json
